To place your custom order we start with the information you’ve provided in the custom inquiry form.
A design fee of $200 will be collected that allows us to gather details to set up quotes, create rough sketches, and understand the design parameters of your project. The quote is subject to change if the terms of the inquiry change after the quote.
This is a separate fee from the production cost of your project and is non refundable.
Your project will be confirmed in our booking once a 50% deposit is collected. We will begin rendering and modeling designs at that point.
