To place your custom order we start with the information you’ve provided in the custom inquiry form.

A design fee of $200 will be collected that allows us to gather details to set up quotes and understand the design parameters of your project. The quote is subject to change if the terms of the inquiry change after the quote.

This is a separate fee from the production cost of your project and is non refundable.

Your project will be confirmed in our booking once a 50% deposit is collected. We will then begin rendering and modeling designs at this point.

A deposit for half the production cost of your project will be collected in order to render your design, make models, edit and stone source as needed. This typically takes 2-4 weeks to receive your initial designs. Then we can edit and land on a final design. This payment confirms your agreement to our custom terms.

Custom project begin at $3k due to the material cost, time, and labor. Each project varies greatly given the details and material needed.

Production typically takes 8-12 weeks.
Once your piece is complete I will email you photos of your finished piece and send your invoice for the remaining balance. We will determine a ship date to receive.
All shipments are sent overnight using UPS or Fedex, fully insured, and your signature is required for delivery.

I include one complimentary ring sizing, if needed. This excludes eternity bands and anything with a full wrap around design. Clients are responsible for shipping.
If you do not know your ring size I recommend going to your reputable local jeweler or I can send you a ring sizer up on request.

Custom work is final sale, non-refundable. Thank you for understanding the labor that goes into these pieces.

I work with heirloom material such as a family stone or old gold on a case by case basis though I prefer to source stones and metal from established dealers I have a relationship with.
Its strongly advised having any items appraised and fully insured before shipping as Tf is not liable for lost or stolen items that are sent.

Upon request appraisals are available for $250. A digital copy will be email to you.

For Custom; I ship gold and platinum overnight fully insured with Fedex or USP. These deliveries require a signature.

For Made to Order Tf Designs; 4-6 weeks to make and ship, 2 day insured shipping through Fedex or UPS. No signature required unless requested.

I do not provide warenties however repair services upon request at the client’s expense. Please have jewelry check yearly with Tf or your local reputable jeweler especially if its an every wear.

Warm water, Dawn dish soap, and a soft tooth brush is the best for a quick clean.

For deeper cleaning please bring to a local, reputable jeweler.

Avoid impact and harsh chemical like bleach and chlorine around gemstones and metal.
