To begin a custom order we start with the form below and design with the information you’ve provided. To initiate your project a $200 design fee is collected which allows us to set up renderings and edits. We gather your ideas and references, desired stones, metals, size, etc in this phase. This typically takes 2-4 weeks to land on your finalized design.

Once we have your finished design and confirmed sizes, materials, and your address for shipping we will collect the initial deposit. This is half of the total production cost of the piece. From there your design goes into the production phase.

Production typically takes 8-12 weeks.

Once your piece is complete I will email you photos of your finished piece and send your invoice for the remaining balance. We will determine a ship date to receive.

All shipments are sent overnight using UPS or Fedex, fully insured, and your signature is required for delivery.

*Please note that custom designs are nonrefundable due to the amount of labor and energy that goes into each piece.
