Initiating a custom project;
Once you’ve decided to place your custom order a design fee of $200 will be collected that allows us to gather details to set up quotes and understand the design parameters of your project. The quote is subject to change if the terms of the inquiry change after the quote.
We start designing with the information you’ve provided in the custom form.
This is a separate fee from the production cost of your project and is non refundable.
Your project will be confirmed in our booking once a 50% deposit is collected. We will begin rendering and modeling designs at this point.
